Fees

Please contact me to discuss my fees for a comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation, follow-up Medication checks, Individual therapy or Couples counseling. Sliding scale or payment plans may be utilized on an individual basis, if needed.

Payment

Payment can be made with a personal check, cash or credit card, and is due at the end of each session.

Insurance

I am currently not affiliated with any insurance plans. However, according to your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for services rendered. You will need to check directly with your insurance company. If you decide to use your insurance, I am happy to provide an itemized statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you have any questions concerning this policy, I will be happy to discuss them with you.
